This certified 40-hour instructor course has been taught through Nevada/Colorado/Texas Peace Officers Standards Training Commissions. Arizona C.E.U. credit for law enforcement. Plus this course may be honored by many other states. This Instructors course includes updated use of force, street modified Techniques and material in accordance with legislative and case law for all states.
The cost of the full 5 day instructor course is $525 / $495 for re-certifying instructors from other disciplines.
Every 5 officers from same agency a 6th officer receives free scholarship.

Martial artist may qualify for the same certification as law enforcement plus belt rank with USJJF, USMAF and O.S.S. This event registration is for all Martial Artists and Law Enforcement Personnel who wish to participate in the United States Ju-Jitsu Federation's (USJJF) and United States Martial Arts Federation's (USMAF) "3 Day" Defensive Tactics Instructor Course.
Curriculum: Police Defensive Tactics - Taiho Jutsu Knowledge & Skills for Instructor Certification including Weapons Disarming & retention, Arresting & Control Techniques, Handcuffing, Self-Defense, Baton, OC, Electric Stunning Devices and Use of Force Strategy.
Course Instructors: Mr. Rick Dunn, (Post Certified - Master Corps Police Defensive Tactics Instructor) and 7th Dan - Taiho Jutsu, 6th Dan - Karate. Other Instructors to be announced.
Note: Course Fee includes Technical Manual, Training, Testing and National Certification. (Training includes Lectures, Video Presentations, Instruction in Skills, Practice Sessions on the Mat and Exam)
Participants who successfully complete the "Defensive Tactics Instructor Course" will receive Nationally Recognized “Instructor Certification”, US Taiho Jutsu Patch and Instructor Card. In addition, testing for Rank Certifications in Ju-Jitsu, Judo and Karate will also be conducted with “Rank Certification” issued upon successful testing and payment of appropriate ranking fee.
